13 ISIS leaders killed by Iraqi police in Ramadi, al-Anbar

urgent-senior-official-assassinated-in-anbarAl-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday an officer within al-Anbar police force announced that the police killed 13 ISIS leaders during violent clashes that lasted for two days in western Ramadi.

Colonel Abdel Rahman al-Janabi informed IraqiNews.com that the police force killed 13 ISIS fighters and destroyed many of their armored vehicles during heavy clashes which have lasted for two days in western Ramadi.

Yesterday the Vice President of Al-Anbar’s Provincial Council, Faleh al-Issawi, warned of the consequences of the failure to take urgent action to lift the siege imposed by ISIS in eastern Ramadi.
