 15 ISIS elements killed by artillery shelling in Haditha District west of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Commander of al-Jazeerah and al-Badiyah Operations, Maj. Gen. Ali Ibrahim Daboun, announced Friday killing 15 ISIS fighters by an artillery shelling in Haditha.

Daboun stated in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The artillery force of al-Jazeerah and al-Badiyah Operations Command shelled two shelters belonging to ISIS in the area of Albu Hayat in Haditha District (160 km west of Ramadi), killing 15 elements of the organization.”

He added, “The shelling came after the army had tracked down their moves in Albu Hayat area.”
