(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – A source in Nineveh province announced on Tuesday, that 17 elements of the ISIS, including a military commander, had been either killed or wounded in an air strike by the international coalition on ISIS sites in the city of Mosul (405 km north of Baghdad).

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition aviation carried out, this afternoon, an air raid that targeted ISIS gatherings and strongholds near Ba’shiqa vicinity (15 east km Mosul), killing and wounding ten members of the organization.”

The source, who asked anonymity, also added: “The international coalition aircraft carried out another air strike on ISIS sites in al-Ayadiya vicinity (30 west km Mosul), killing seven members of the organization, including a military commander in the region.”
