2 deaths, 15 injured among armed volunteers fighting ISIS in Samarra
Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a source within the police force stated, that 2 elements from the armed volunteers had been killed and 15 others were injured during the ongoing clashes with ISIS militants in south of Tikrit.
The source informed IraqiNews “Two fighters from the Iraqi tribal volunteer forces were killed and 15 others were wounded during the ongoing clashes in Samarra, 40 km south of Tikrit.” He added that security force carried the injured ones to a near hospital for medical treatment and the 2 killed fighters’ bodies were sent to the Forensic Medicine Authority.
