Diyala (IraqiNews.com) Four mortar shells fell in the vicinity of a village on the borders between Diyala and Salahuddin, a source told Alsumaria News on Monday.
The source said, “Four mortar missiles fell in the vicinity of Mubarak al-Farhan village, on the borders between Diyala and Salahuddin, without causing any human or material losses.”
“The mortar shells were launched by the Islamic State group in the area of Mutaibija, near the borders between Diyala and Salahuddin,” the source added on condition of anonymity.
The villages on the borders between Diyala and Salahuddin are attacked occasionally by the Islamic State in Mutaibija.
