(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A security source in Kirkuk province said on Tuesday, that four elements of the Shia militia of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi had been injured in a mortar shell attack on the village of Bashir south of the province.

The source said in a brief statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Elements of ISIS fired, this afternoon, mortar shells on Bashir village in Taza Khurmatu (25 km south of Kirkuk),” adding that “The attack resulted in injuring four members of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi.”

“A force belonging to al-hashed had rushed the injured to a nearby hospital,” the source added.
