(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – The Peshmerga officer in the western axis of Kirkuk, Kamal Kirkuki, announced on Tuesday, that seven members of the so-called ISIS were killed in a shelling carried out by the Peshmerga forces and international coalition aviation west of Kirkuk (250 km north of Baghdad) .

Kamal Kirkuki said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “ISIS bombed the Peshmerga sites in Ghora and Kabiba area (55 km west of Kirkuk) with 24 mortar shells.”

Kirkuki added, “The Peshmerga forces responded to the ISIS attack backed by the international coalition aircraft, killing seven members of the ISIS.”
