Abadi announces starting 2nd phase of Salahuddin liberation

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The commander of the armed forces, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, announced on Monday the start of the second phase of Salahuddin province liberalization.
Information Office of Abadi said in a press statement received by (IraqiNews.com), “Prime Minister and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Haider al-Abadi announced the launch of the second phase of Salahuddin province liberalization, including Baiji refinery.”
The statement added that “This came during al-Abadi’s visit to the province of Salah al-Din and his meeting with military and security leaders.”
The Prime Minister and General Commander of the Armed Forces Haider al-Abadi announced (1 March 2015), the start of military operations to liberate the rest of Salahuddin province from the control of the organization.
