Al-Hashed Al-Sha’bi volunteers kill ISIS Chechen leader in Hamrin Mountains

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – A security source in Salahuddin announced on Sunday, that al-Hashd al-Sha’bi volunteers killed ISIS official in the Hamrin mountains called “Salmov” and four of his companions in a security operation resulted in the capture of two Arabs north-east of Tikrit.
The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The First Brigade of Badr belonging to the factions of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi volunteers carried out today a security operation in the Hamrin Mountains region (45 km north east of Tikrit), resulted in the killing of ISIS official in the region called Salmov, a Chechen nationality, and four of his companions from Arab nationalities.”
The source, who asked anonymity, added: “The operation also resulted in the capture of two other Arabs of the organization.”
