Armed attack targets IP checkpoint western Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi policemen were killed due to an armed attack targeted a checkpoint in western Mosul.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Unidentified gunmen opened fire targeting a police checkpoint in 17 Tamouz neighborhood of western Mosul resulted in killing two policemen.”

“The gunmen fled to unknown destination while the police transported the dead bodies to the morgue,” the source added.
