Asayish elements killed, injured in Kirkuk

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) A Kurdish security force, Asayish, was targeted in northwestern Kirkuk on Sunday morning.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “A suicide bomber driving a car bomb targeted the Asayish checkpoint, killing five policemen and one of the Asayish elements.”

“The explosion also resulted in injuring 8 others,” the source concluded.
