Attorney general’s murderer sentenced to death

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) The Criminal Court of Salah-il-Din province has sentenced to death a defendant who was convicted for murdering an Attorney General and his family in the province.

A judicial source reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday ”The criminal court of Salah-il-Din province issued a hanging to death verdict against the defendant, Abdul Qader Shati, for murdering the Attorney General, Khairallah Shati, and his family in the province,” noting that “This verdict is a primary and subject to appeal.”

A security force had arrested the murderer of the attorney general and his family on August 8th in Beiji district of Salah-il-Din province. \
