Baghdad OC implements plan to alleviate traffic bottlenecks

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Spokesperson of Baghdad Operations Command, Dhiya al-Wakeel, announced arresting four persons wanted by the judiciary, noting that “Baghdad OC carried out a plan to enhance the security in Baghdad province.

Wakeel cited that “The implementation of this plan coincides with the efforts exerted by the Command’s divisions to alleviate the traffic jams and secure more flexibility in the movements of the vehicles through removing the concrete blocks from the streets.”
