Blast at Kifah in Baghdad kills one

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A source in the Iraqi Interior Ministry informed on Saturday a bomb blast in central Baghdad killed one person and injured seven others.
“The bomb exploded near some shops at Kifah in central Baghdad,” the source said, adding, “Security forces rushed to the area and carried the injured to a nearby hospital. The dead body was sent to the forensic lab and later cordoned off the area.”
