BOC: Kidnapped released, ammo seized in southern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A security force belongs to Baghdad Operations Command managed to release a kidnapped person and to seize weapons cache in southern Baghdad on Tuesday.

A statement by the BOC received by IraqiNews.com cited “A force from 17th Iraqi Army Division managed to release the kidnapped and to seize a cache that involved weapons, ammo and explosives in southern Baghdad.”

“The elements of the force lifted the weapons and the explosives,” the statement concluded.
