BOC: Security official targeted in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Spokesman of Baghdad Operations Command, Colonel Dhiya al-Wakeel, announced that a car bomb went off targeting the motorcade of the General Director of Security Affairs within Baghdad Municipality at Abi Nuwas Street in Baghdad on Wednesday.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The explosion resulted in injuring a number of civilians and caused material damages to the motorcade vehicles.”
