(IraqiNews.com) Diyala – The leader of al-Hashed al-Shaabi volunteers in Diyala province Jabbar Maamouri announced on Saturday, that  the so-called “ISIS slaughterer” was killed in a military operation in Saqlawiyah district in Anbar province, indicating that the slaughterer is responsible for the slaughter of 20 people of the district and dismembering their bodies.

Mamouri said in an interview in IraqiNews.com: “A joint security force backed by al-Hashed al-Shaabi of Diyala penetrated into the western neighborhoods of Saqlawiyah (10 km north of Fallujah) and succeeded to kill the so-called Abdul Razzaq nicknamed (ISIS slaughterer)” noting that, “he had beheaded more than 20 people from the people of Saqlawiyah over the past months, as well as dismembering their bodies under flimsy pretext.”

Mamouri added that “ISIS practiced heinous crimes against the people of Saqlawiyah up to the genocide,” calling on human rights organizations to “the need to shed light on the criminal practices of the organization to document it.”
