Child killed, 8 wounded in mortar attack by ISIS, says Head of Ameriyat Fallujah

(IraqiNews.com) Head of Ameriyat Fallujah District in Anbar province, Shaker al-Issawi, announced the death of a child and the injury of eight people in a mortar attack on the district.
Shaker al-Issawi, head of the district council, said in an interview with IraqiNews.com, “The ISIS organization bombed the district of Amiriyat (23 km south of Fallujah) by mortar shells” pointing out to “the death of a child and the injury of eight people as a result of the shelling.”
Al-Issawi added, “The shelling also led to significant damage to the property of citizens.”
