Civilian kidnapped in southeastern Baquba

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) A civilian was kidnapped in southeastern Baquba on Thursday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen kidnapped the civilian and seized 15 million IQD at the main road in Baladruz district.”
