Civilian killed, 2 wounded in landmine blast in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / IraqiNews.com: One civilian was killed and two more were wounded by landmine blast in northeast of Kirkuk, a source from the joint coordination center said on Wednesday. “The mine went off late Tuesday (Feb.28) near Klour Banar village in al-Toun Koubri region, northeast of Kirkuk, killing a civilian and injuring two more,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Security force sealed off the region and started an investigation into the incident,” he added.
