Diyala, Baquba (IraqiNews.com) A person, who is leading a Husseini procession, was killed in Diyala province.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com on Sunday ”Unidentified gunmen opened fire from their machine guns, targeting, Sadoun al-Bawi, who is in charge of a Husseini procession, in Katon area (2 KM) far of Baquba city,” noting that “The attack resulted in killing him immediately, while the gunmen managed to flee after committing their crime.”

”The security forces transported the dead body of the victim to the morgue and started an investigation to figure out the sides responsible for the crime,” the source added. \
