Curfew lifted in Ramadi, says Anbar Council
Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Monday, Anbar Provincial Council announced, that the comprehensive curfew that had been imposed for three days on the city of Ramadi, was lifted today.
Member of Anbar Provincial Council, Khalaf al-Tarmouz, stated to IraqiNews in an interview, “The security forces have decided to lift the curfew that lasted for three days in Ramadi on the back of violent clashes between the security forces and the ISIS group militants in the city.”
“Security forces imposed strict security procedures in the city,” he added.
