Czech “L159” aircraft to arrive in Iraq in mid-September, says Zamili

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The President of the Parliamentary Committee on Security and Defence, Hakim Zamili, announced on Saturday, that Czech “L159” aircraft will arrive in Iraq in mid-September.
Zamili said in an interview for Iraqinews.com, “Iraq has contracted during the last two years with the Czech Republic on the importation of “L 159″ aircraft,” noting that, “the aircraft will arrive to Iraq in mid-September.”
Zamili added that “the coming months will see the arrival of Korean aircraft, after Iraq completed its contracting procedures, as well as F16 aircrafts and Russian tanks,” pointing out that, “the military situation became good in terms of armament.”
