Military operation northeast of Fallujah continue, says Defense Ministry

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Thursday, Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced the continuation of its military operations in the northeast Fallujah in order to liberate it from ISIS, while emphasized that the security forces have made a significant progress in achieving its goals.
The ministry said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The 17th Infantry brigade has made a significant progress regarding the liberalization of the near areas of Euphrates River in the north-eastern side of Fallujah.”
