drug trafficking gang captured in central Karbala

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The Police Directorate of Karbala province captured a drugs trafficking gang with 14,000 narcotic pills in their possession in central the province.

The Director of the Directorate’s Media Office, the Lieutenant Colonel, Ahmed Mohamed Umran, stated IraqiNews.com “A police patrol arrested a gang of four members with 14,000 narcotic pills.”

“The arrest process has been done in collaboration with the Anti-Drugs Department,” Umran added, noting that “A security force transferred the gang members to a police center and seized the drug pills.”
