(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – According to a police source, the outcome of the bombing of Karrada District in central Baghdad is seven dead and 26 wounded.
The source said in an interview to IraqiNews.com, “The final death toll of a car bomb explosion that targeted Karrada District on Saturday evening amounted to seven dead and 26 wounded.”
The source, who requested anonymity, added, “Ambulances transported the wounded to a nearby hospital and the dead bodies to the Forensic Medicine Authority.”
A source in the police said earlier on Saturday that two people were killed and 15 others were wounded in a car bomb explosion near a popular restaurant in Karrada district in central Baghdad.
