Federal Police: Explosives battalion penetrates the depth of ISIS in Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The Federal Police Forces announced on Wednesday, that the explosives battalion was able to penetrate the depth of ISIS in the city of Ramadi.
Commander of the Federal Police Forces, Raed Shakir Jawdat, said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The explosives battalion of the Federal Police Forces was able to penetrate the depth of ISIS in the area of al-Sijariyah in eastern Ramadi,” pointing out that, “The battalion had succeeded in planting booby traps which resulted in killing a number of terrorists in the area.”
The city of Ramadi is located some 112 km west of Baghdad in the province of al-Anbar.
