 Federal Police kills 23 ISIS elements, dismantles 75 explosives east of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Federal police captain Raed Shakir Jawdat announced on Wednesday, that the security forces killed 23 ISIS elements, as well as the destruction of five vehicles in east of Ramadi.

Jawdat said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com: “The security forces advanced today in the military operations to liberate the eastern axis of the city of Ramadi and managed, during the confrontations and clashes with ISIS elements, to kill 23 elements, in addition to destroying five vehicles in Husaybah, and al-Madyaq east of Ramadi. ”

Jawdat said that “those forces managed to dismantle 75 explosive devices in al-Madyaq and Husaybah,” indicating that, “ISIS faced great human and material losses.”
