IA foils 3 suicide attacks by ISIS militants in eastern Ramadi

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, a military source in Anbar province said, that the security forces have managed to foil 3 suicide attacks by the ISIS group militants on army sites, located in eastern Ramadi.

The source stated to IraqiNews in an interview, “The security forces have managed to foil 3 suicide attacks by a group of ISIS militants driving 8 vehicles to target gatherings of the army’s 1st division in eastern Ramadi.”

“The first attack has targeted the headquarters of the army’s 1st division in al-Karma district, while the other two attacks took place near the Japanese Bridge and targeted the army troops of the division,” the source added.
