IA officer injured in northern Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) An Iraqi Army officer was injured in northern Babel on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Four mortar shells hit an Iraqi Army checkpoint in al-Bihirat area, injuring the officer.”

“The investigation revealed that the shells were launched from Amiriyat al-Fallujah,” the source concluded.
