Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device went off in central Tikrit on Wednesday.
Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The IED explosion resulted in killing two civilians and injuring 4 others.”
“A security force transported the injured to the hospital for treatment and the dead to the morgue,” the source concluded.
