2 IEDs goes off in Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Five persons were injured when two Improvised Explosive Devices exploded in southeastern Baghdad.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com on Friday that “The IEDs which sequentially exploded were emplaced on a roadside in Sharekat crossroad within Zafaraniya area of southwestern Baghdad ,” noting that “The explosion resulted in injuring five persons, four of them are policemen.”

The source added “The police forces cordoned the explosion scene anticipation of any further blasts and transported the injured people to the hospital for treatment.” \
