Interior Ministry achieves success in Khalidiya liberation

(IraqiNews.com) ANBAR – Ministry of the Interior announced about the liberation of 150 kilometer areas of Khalidiya Island. Moreover, 180 ISIS members were also killed during the operations launched to liberate Khalidiya.

Spokesman of the Ministry of Interior and the Director of Relations and Media at the Ministry, Brigadier General Saad Maan said,”Areas that have been liberated in Khalidiya Island include al-malahma, al-Karabila, albu Soda and albu Shihab, al-Krtan and Albu Obeid and Albu Hazim, Albu Bali and others. A total of 150 kilometers of Kahlidiya have been liberated. Over 180 ISIS members have also been killed in the operation so far.”
