2 IPs killed southern Salah il-Din

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi policemen were killed due to an armed attack on a checkpoint in southern Salah il-Din province.

Security source told Iraqi News on Monday “Unidentified gunmen attacked a checkpoint associated to the federal police in Samarra of southern Salah il-Din, where they opened fire, killing two policemen.”

“The gunmen fled to unknown place while the police transported the dead bodies to the morgue,” the source added.
