(IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, a source in al-Jazirah and al-Badiyah Operatins Command in Anbar province revealed, that 5 militants belonging to ISIS have been killed in an air strike by the Iraqi Air Force in the area of al-Walid in the city of al-Qaim.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told IraqiNews.com, “This afternoon the Iraqi Army Aviation, with coordination with al-Jazirah and al-Badiyah Command, conducted an aerial bombing on a target belonging to ISIS in the al-Walid border crossing alongside the borders with Syria in the city of al-Qaim (350 km west of Ramadi),” pointing out that, “The air strike resulted in killing 5 ISIS elements and the destruction of a vehicle that belonged to them.”
