Iraqi forces destroy 2 ISIS vehicles in southern Tikrit

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a source in Samarra Operations Command stated that a security force attacked and destroyed two armored vehicles belonged to ISIS in southern Tikrit.

The source said, “A security force with air cover from Iraqi Air Force had managed to destroy two armored vehicles belonged to ISIS near Fallujah, 40 km south of Tikrit.”

“The attack resulted in killing the ISIS fighters inside the vehicles and destroying their gear and weapons.” he said.
