Iraqi forces kill 13 ISIS militants in Tikrit
Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that 13 ISIS militants have been killed during violent clashes with the Iraqi security forces in Tikrit.
The source informed IraqiNews, “This evening, violent clashes between the ISIS group elements and Iraqi security forces broke out in the areas of al-Dayoum, located west of Tikrit, and Sayed-Gharib of al-Dajil district, located 120 km south of Tikrit.”
“The clashes resulted in killing 13 ISIS elements and destroying an armored vehicle that belonged to the group,” the source added.
