Iraqi forces kill 36 ISIS militants during clashes in Salahuddin

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Monday, an informed source in Salahuddin province said, that the security forces managed to kill 36 elements of the ISIS group during clashes in the province.
The source told IraqiNews.com, “Today, army forces and federal police elements backed by al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia fighters have raised the Iraqi flag over Tikrit General Hospital in central Tikrit,” adding that, “The security forces have managed to kill around 36 elements of the ISIS group during violent clashes in the streets and alleys of the province.”
Earlier today, army forces backed by federal police elements and volunteer soldiers from al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia managed to gain control over the residential area of doctors that surrounds Tikrit General Hospital in north of the city.
