 Iraqi forces kill 6 ISIS fighters, remove 10 explosives south of Biji

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Monday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that 6 ISIS militants have been killed and 10 explosives were removed in south of Biji district.

The source stated for IraqiNews, “Security forces have managed to kill 6 elements of the ISIS group and remove 10 improvised explosives on the road, which links between the villages of al-Mazra’ah and al-Mallaha in south of Biji (40 km north of Tikrit).”

The source, who requested remain anonymous, added, “Today, ISIS militants have buried 45 bodies that belonged to the their ranks in central al-Sharqat district (120 km north of Tikrit).”
