(IraqiNews.com) Karbala – On Saturday, an informed source in Karbala province revealed, that 35 ISIS militants have been killed in clashes with the security forces in western Anbar Province.

Hamed al-Karbalai, an official of Badr Organization, stated in an interview for IraqiNews.com “The security forces, with support from the army’s air force managed to repel an attack by ISIS militants on the headquarters of the 29th Brigade in western Anbar,” noting that, “The clashes between the two sides resulted in killing 35 ISIS militants and the destruction of six Humvees.”
