 Iraqi warplanes kill 15 ISIS members east of Baiji

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – War Media Cell announced on Sunday the killing of 15 ISIS militants in an aerial bombing by the Iraqi Army Aviation east of Baiji.

The cell said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi Army Aviation, in coordination with the Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency, had carried out an aerial strike against the ISIS organization in Alas and Ajil fields from the direction of Hamrin Mountains east of Baiji,” pointing out that, “The strike resulted in killing 15 elements of the organization, in addition to inflicting material losses [upon them].”

Noteworthy, Iraq is witnessing an extraordinary security condition, while military operations are continuing in different provinces to expel ISIS from the areas which fall under its control.
