ISIL kill, injure 14 civilians in Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Security official within Salah-il-Din Operations Command assured on Wednesday that the terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant opened fire targeting civilians on southern Tikrit , killing and injuring 14 persons.
