ISIS blows up Salahuddin Provincial Council building in Tikrit

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that the ISIS group blew up a large portion of the Provincial Council building in central Tikrit.

The source has informed IraqiNews without mentioning any more details, “This afternoon, ISIS militants blew up a large portion of the Salahuddin Provincial Council building at the presidential palaces area, located in central Tikrit,”

Noteworthy, Salahuddin Provincial Council has announced earlier today, that an extensive military operation to retake all the areas occupied by ISIS in the province is anticipated to begin within the next few weeks.
