ISIS executes 86 foreign leaders in Mosul

(IraqiNews.com) On Tuesday, MP of State Law Coalition, Mowafaq Rubaie announced that the ISIS organization has executed 86 leaders of foreign nationalities in Mosul because of their attempt to escape and return to their home countries.

Rubaie said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The terrorist gangs of ISIS revealed some contacts undertaken by some of its foreign leaders with their families to request returning to their home countries without legal prosecution,” explaining that, “Those gangs carried out the executions of 86 foreign leaders who contacted their families and tried to flee after they discovering ISIS falsity of thought and duplicity.”

Rubaie added, “The gangs launched a campaign to execute its foreign leaders, because of the frequent escape outside the city of Mosul cases, for fear of the armed forces arrival.”

Noteworthy, ISIS ranks include hundreds of Arabs from the Maghreb and the eastern states, as well as foreigners; some of them with Arab descent.
