ISIS militants kidnap 9 civilians including girl in north of Tikrit

(IraqiNews.com) Diyali – The senior leader in al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia Jabbar al-Mamouri announced on Saturday, that the ISIS kidnapped 9 civilians including a girl in north of Tikrit, noting that the incident came on the back of the killing of one of the ISIS elements.
Mamouri stated for IraqiNews.com, “Today, elements belonging to ISIS kidnapped 9 civilians including a girl in the surrounding area of a village in west of al-Sharqat District (120 km north of Tikrit),” noting that, “The ISIS militants kidnapped those civilians on the background of an attack on security posts belonging to them in the area, which resulted in killing one of the militants.”
