ISIS vows to behead Mosul dealers for not paying royalties

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, Human Rights Ministry revealed that the organization of the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) imposed royalties on shops and stores owners in Mosul, indicating that the organization vowed to behead the traders who fail to pay royalties.

The ministry said in a statement to IraqiNews.com, “ISIS imposed royalties on shops and stores owners in the province of Mosul.”

The ministry added, “ISIS arrested six traders in the city because they refused to pay royalties,” pointing out that the terrorist organization vowed to behead whoever refrains from paying royalties.

The ministry also confirmed that ISIS confiscated 10 houses and kidnapped 3 people from the city of Hawija in Kirkuk, under the pretext of collaborating with the Iraqi security forces.
