(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – ISIS published an audio message attributed to his spokesman Abu Mohammad al-Adnani, vowing US President Barack Obama of further “setbacks”, while offered a general amnesty for all fighters in the areas controlled by ISIS in Iraq.

Al-Adnani called, in a recording of about 29 minutes, all of the Muslims in Iraq, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, to “revolt against their rulers,” noting that “the best acts of worship to God is Jihad, especially in Ramadan.”

Al-Adnani stated, “the organization’s leadership has decided to grant those who are fighting alongside government forces and al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia and others, a last chance to repent, indicating that” we require them only to surrender their weapons. ”

Al-Adnani addressed the US president by saying, “We promise you of setbacks and surprises after surprises,” pointing out that, “We declare the wilayat of the Caucasus, and the appointment of Abu Mohammed al-Qadiri as its governor, after a decision issued by the organization’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.”
