(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Albu Fahd tribe in Anbar province announced on Monday for the exposure of Husaybah area east of Ramadi to a violent ISIS attack,” asserting that members of the ISIS militants have dominated Joabh area and that was the starting point to ISIS attack on Husaybah.

The head of Albu Fahd tribe Rafea Abd al-Karim al-Fahdawi said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “ISIS has launched a violent attack on Husaybah area (7 km east of Ramadi),” noting that, “the tribal volunteers and security forces have been engaged in fierce battles against ISIS to prevent it from entering the area “.

“The attack on Husaybah comes after ISIS control on Joabh area (2 km east of Ramadi),” appealing to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to “send military reinforcements, urgently, to prevent ISIS members from controlling the region.” Fahdawi added.
