Khalidiya Council: Sedikiya area is ready for displaced people return

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The Head of Khalidiya District Council in Anbar Province Ali Dawoud announced on Sunday, that al-Sedikiya area is ready for the return of the displaced people, after dismantling the improvised explosive devices in the area.
Dawoud said in a brief statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Sedikiya area in eastern al-Khalidiya District is ready for the return of its displaced people, after dismantling all the improvised explosive devices in the city.”
Dawoud added, “Khalidiya District Administration with the coordination of the security forces will return back hundreds of displaced families to al-Sedikiya area,” pointing out that, “The infrastructure of the city is working probably.”
