Major fire breaks out at al-Shurja area in central Baghdad

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Saturday, a source within the police force stated, that a major fire has erupted in the area of al-Shurja located in central Baghdad.

The source stated in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “This afternoon, a major fire has erupted in one of the residential buildings in the area of al-Shurja, located in central Baghdad,” noting that, “The civil defense teams have run into the area of the fire in order to extinguish the flames.”
